- Renter portal: invite a leaser by email and they get a link to a horse-specific dashboard with rides, expenses, and shared documents — no full account required.

- Invite a trainer by email — they get scoped read-only or write access to specific horses, with their own dashboard.
- Lease workflow: full or partial leases, automatically split monthly costs between owner and lessee on the financials view.
- Calendar reminders now nudge by email + in-app for anything overdue.

Quick add ⌘K and edit history
- Press ⌘K (or Ctrl-K) anywhere in the app and tell Equibinder what to log — "farrier $185 for Faretino today". The assistant asks up to three follow-ups, then shows a draft for you to approve.
- Edit history on every important field. Click the pencil, type a new value, and the prior versions stay reachable on hover.
- Per-horse status chips on the roster: green/amber/red so you can spot what's overdue at a glance.

- Paste a USEF prize list, a Google Calendar dump, or a few lines of plain text into the calendar — the parser turns them into individual events you approve in one batch.

- Drop a vet invoice, farrier bill, or hay receipt onto the upload zone and Equibinder reads the date, vendor, line items, and total — then asks you to confirm before filing.
